For roofing companies in Highlands, Hardee, DeSoto, Okeechobee, Glades & Polk

You pay us when the work shows up. Not a lead. Not a form fill. An appointment.

Every marketing company in Florida wants a retainer before you've seen a thing. We're not doing that. You run the ads on your own account and your own card, so the page stays yours. We build the campaign and the follow-up, and we only bill you when a homeowner who wants your work has agreed to a time and is sitting on your calendar.

The number

210,866 single-family homes across the six counties were built in 2011 or earlier.

That's not a guess and it's not a stat we found online. It's each county property appraiser's parcel roll, and we'll hand you the whole table for your county, by town, even if you never work with us.

What it doesn't say: it's year built, not roof age. A house from 2005 that was redone in 2019 isn't a job. Knowing which half is which is a permit question, and that's the next thing we'd build for you.

The missed call

How many calls did your company miss last month?

Most owners don't know. You were busy. You were on a roof. But every one of those was a homeowner who called the next name on the list, and you'd already paid to make that phone ring. Here's what we do first, before we spend a dollar of your ad money:

Every missed call

Gets a text back inside a minute, from your number, while they're still holding the phone.

Every open estimate

The ones that never got a yes get followed up until they say yes or no.

Every past customer

The homeowner from three years ago hears from you again before the next storm season.

Most of what turns up in the first thirty days is money that was already yours.

How it works

From your ad account to a homeowner on your calendar.

01

Follow-up first, on what you already have

Missed calls, open estimates, past customers. This runs before any ad money is spent, and it's usually where the first jobs come from.

02

Ads on your own account

We write, design and launch Meta ads aimed at homeowners in your service area with older roofs. Your account, your card, your history. You approve everything before it goes live.

03

Every lead answered inside a minute

The follow-up system replies the moment someone inquires and moves them to a time on your calendar. You show up and do the work.

04

You pay per appointment that qualifies

Owns the house, in your area, wants work you do, agreed to a time. Anything short of that is free.

Who you're working with

Our team lives and works in the Heartland.

We're based in Highlands County and we work the whole Heartland: Hardee, DeSoto, Okeechobee, Glades and Polk too. We're not a marketing company asking for a retainer before you've seen a thing. We build the campaign and the follow-up, you keep the ad account, and we get paid when a homeowner who wants your work is sitting on your calendar.

Estimates, done for you

Are you too busy to estimate all the appointments we secure?

Our team is led by estimating experts with more than 20 years of experience. We can measure and scope the roof at every appointment we secure for you, working as your independent, commissioned sales rep.

Xactimate estimate

Built under your logo and business information, so it goes out as yours.

Photo report with aerials

We're licensed drone pilots, so every report includes aerial photos of the roof.

Whatever else you need

Tell us what you want to see in the report and we'll include it.

Your pricing, your sign-off. We work with you to make sure your pricing is reflected in the estimate, and nothing goes to the homeowner until you've approved it.

Questions

Answers before you ask.

What exactly do I pay for?

A booked appointment: a homeowner who owns the house, is inside your service area, wants the kind of roofing work you actually do, and has agreed to a time that is now on your calendar. Not a click, not a lead, not a form fill.

What if the appointment is junk?

Then it's free. If they don't own the house, aren't in your area, or don't want the job you do, you don't pay for it. We'd rather lose a few than argue with you about an invoice.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. The ads run on your own Meta account, on your own card, so the page, the audience and the history stay yours. We build and manage the campaign inside it.

What is the territory report?

A one-page count of single-family homes in your county built in 2011 or earlier, by town, from the county property appraiser's record. You get the whole table whether or not you work with us. It's year built, not roof age, and we'll tell you what it can't show you.

How fast will I see appointments?

The missed-call and old-estimate follow-up starts turning up work in the first week, because that's money that was already yours. Ads take a few days for Meta to learn who responds, so we judge nothing before day five and look at cost per booked appointment, not clicks.

Is there a contract?

No. If it isn't working, you say so and we stop.
